Zamac is an alloy of Zinc, Aluminum, Magnesium and Copper, which is used for die-casting. We produce Zamac 2, 3, 5, 7, Tonsul and other formulas depending on our customer’s requirement.

We use electrolytic Zinc S.H.G. 99.995%, where the components are variable from 95% to 97% of the total in the alloy. The raw material is purchased locally from “Refinería de Zinc de Cajamarquilla” and “Doe Run Perú”, and we purchase imported Aluminum 99.7% from the first fusion, Magnesium and Copper is bought locally. As we are an ISO 9001:2000 certified organization, we maintain a strict quality control in our laboratory.

Zamac is mostly used for the manufacture of key chains, buckles, buttons, home appliances parts, zippers, toys, electrical supplies, racks, spare parts, faucet parts, automobile parts like oil pumps, carburetors, handles, computers, ornaments, mirror bases, automobile’s trade marks of logos, regulators for gas tanks, hardware, ornaments, candelabras, trophies, etc.

Packaging: Ingots of approx. 10 kgs. in bundles of approx. 1200 kgs.

Alternatively: Ingots of approx. 10 kgs. in bundles of approx. 500 kgs. or 1000 kgs.
