DESCRIPTION
We use the French method starting from electrolytic zinc (Special High Grade – S. H. G. 99.995%). This procedure guarantees the best quality of the product for the appropriate use in the mining, pharmaceutical, plastic, glass, ceramics, paint, animal feed, phosphorus, cosmetics, rubber, electronics and other industries.
APPLICATION
- Cosmetics and Pharmaceuticals: Zinc oxide is used in the production of sunscreens and sun creams due to its properties against UV rays. It is also found in skin care creams and ointments as a treatment for skin conditions. It can be found in the personal care / cosmetics industry, medical products, toiletries, among others.
- Paint and Coatings: Zinc oxide acts as a pigment and anti-rust agent in paints and coatings.
- Ceramics (tiles and glazes): It is used as an opacifier in the manufacture of ceramics and glazes. It helps to improve the opacity and brightness of ceramic pieces.
- Rubber and plastic: Zinc oxide is added to rubber and plastic compounds to improve the mechanical properties and weather resistance of the final products.
- Glass: Zinc oxide acts as a stabilizer and agent to improve the durability of glass.

DESCRIPTION
The quality of our raw material and our standardized processes guarantees the quality of the product for appropriate use in the agricultural and mining industries, among others.
Due to its Zinc content, this sulfate is a source of zinc used as a 100% water soluble fertilizer, suitable to prevent and correct zinc deficiencies in crops. It is a fertilizer suitable for foliar, fertigation and drip application in irrigation or hydroponic systems. Due to its water solubility and hydrophilic properties, zinc sulfate is a chemical reagent used as a zinc and copper depressant in lead ore flotation processes.
APPLICATION
- Agriculture: used as a fertilizer to prevent and correct zinc deficiencies in crops. It is water soluble and suitable for foliar applications, fertigation and drip irrigation.
- Mining: Zinc sulfate is used in mineral flotation processes as a depressant for zinc and pyrite minerals. It helps in the separation and concentration of valuable minerals.
- Pharmaceuticals: used in the manufacture of drugs and nutritional supplements due to its zinc content, which is essential for human health.
- Metallurgy: In metallurgical processes, zinc sulfate is used in the purification and refining of non-ferrous metals such as copper and lead.

It is possible to find Zinc Powder in processes of the chemical, metallurgical and paint industry, being used in the recovery of precious metals (gold refining), in paints as an anticorrosive, in dry batteries, among others.

It is an alloy of zinc, aluminum, magnesium and copper. This alloy, depending on the percentages and final uses, can be ZAMAC 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, Tonsul and other formulations according to your requirements.
Zinc alloys are used for injection molding and die casting, depending on the amount of alloying elements it has, it can have different properties for a specific use.
APPLICATION
- Automotive: Zinc alloys (ZAMAC) are used in the manufacture of automotive parts such as handles, mirrors, mirrors, mirrors, logos, trims, carburetors, and miscellaneous parts and pieces.
